I will never sell or give your email address or any other information about you to anyone else without your permission. It is that simple!
I do not charge handling, and I do not mark up shipping. I will charge you just what I spend. My preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. This service provides traceability (in the US) and reasonably rapid delivery. I also can ship via UPS, but I have to charge a small fee to cover the cost of the envelope. If you need something faster, I can ship by USPS Express Mail or UPS Overnight Services. I do offer a First Class mail option, but since First Class is not traceable, the buyer must take full responsibility for loss.
Please check your order carefully before placing your order. I will gladly replace any defective item within 30 days. Unfortunately, I cannot return items that were incorrectly ordered or if you changed your mind. To return an item, please send me an email to tell me what the problem is. I will email you instructions for their return.
All of my jump rings are hand made, manufactured on steel mandrels and hand cut with a precision saw. All jump rings are polished in a tumbler with stainless steel shot, and then individually inspected under a magnifying glass. And since I hand manufacture all of my jump rings, I can provide them for you in any quantity over 25. If you need 283 for a project, that is all I will charge you for. I do always throw in a few extra just in case either of us messes one up! If you are concerned about quality, email me your address and I will send you some base metal jump rings for free for you to inspect.

CheapJumpRings.com is an outgrowth of my wife’s hobby of making chainmaille Jewelry. Back in 2009, when she first got involved in the hobby, she brought home a very small bag of silver jumprings. When she showed me the price, I was flabbergasted (does anyone still use that word?).
At the same time we have visited a small local jeweler and was telling him about my shock about the price. He quickly showed me how to make the rings myself. Armed with that 10 minute lesson in jumpring making, I started researching techniques on the internet. I quickly learned what people were interested in, and what they did not like. I invested some money in minimal equipment and started making rings for my wife.
Next came her friends (thanks Nancy!). I began making rings for them and then decided to try to build a business. I created my own very rudimentary website, tried to publicize via word-of-mouth and waited. I remember the excitement when I got my first paying order (Thanks Laura!).
From there we continued to grow. I now have almost 500 customers from all over the world and have sold over a half million rings! Based on input from those customers, we have grown in breadth of products, but have remained true to our roots in chainmaille. We now offer findings, patterns, kits and tools. And we continue to make all of your rings by hand, and on order. We never stockpile rings in advance and let them sit around waiting for a customer.
If you are not already a frequent customer, I hope you become one. If you already have a ring supplier, tell me what I can do to win your business.
And if you are a frequent customer, thank you. And tell me what I need to do to keep your business.
